Olotec is an app that helps gas industry field agents to manage their equipment with ordering and tracking features.
Much of the project focused on the UX strategy to define the best user path based on existing habits and the balance between the benefits and constraints.
Due to the observation, it was possible to adapt the overall strategy as closely as possible to the business and make this project a success.
